as women we berate ourselves every time we slip up.. this time, go easy on yourself, enourage yourself use positive self talk, non food rewards, and remember that the weight did not come on overnight.. this is going to take time and effort.. but it will all be worth it...

If your next goal is to walk at 3.5mph on the treadmill but currently find it very hard to walk at 3.5, push yourself to go at 4.0mph for say 1 or 2 mins and then lower it to 3.5mhp. You will feel that it is easier at 3.5 and you will be able to walk at 3.5. You have now tricked yourself to think that 3.5 is easy since you did something even more harder.
Whenever I get any change I try very hard not to spend it. It's surprising how quickly it adds up. Every nickel, dime, quarter and loony (Cdn. dollar bill) goes into a savings bank and only when it is full does it get emptied and rolled. Recently after just 4 months I had almost $400.00
