as women we berate ourselves every time we slip up.. this time, go easy on yourself, enourage yourself use positive self talk, non food rewards, and remember that the weight did not come on overnight.. this is going to take time and effort.. but it will all be worth it...

Trick to build treadmill endurance
If your next goal is to walk at 3.5mph on the treadmill but currently find it very hard to walk at 3.5, push yourself to go at 4.0mph for say 1 or 2 mins and then lower it to 3.5mhp.
