I have been Sparking since 2007 and I fnd the more active I get with other Sparkers, the more motivation I get. The more motivation I get, my chances rise substantially that I will stay healthy using the new healthy habits I have learned!

I didn't think I could ever find the motivation to truly change my lifestyle. Joining SparkPeople has not only gotten me excited about getting healthy, it's also gotten me to get excited about becoming more active within the communities!

I've read in article here that there is a direct connection between how active you are on Sparkpeople and how successfull you will be. (Not sure what article it was.)
