When I get there or get down, I grab the CD player and have "The Spark" on CDs and listen to it while I clean the house, go in the car, have wait time at the doctors office and all the other available time. I don't just listen to it once but will do it over and over and over again.
If I don't lose a pound I gained inspiration and good spirits.

Nothing motivates me more than to listen to a great audio book. It makes you want to keep going if you are at a climactic part or keeps you coming back day after day to see what is going to happen next. I set my treadmill or recumbent at the intensity I'm aiming for that day and go for it!
Audio Books can be expensive if you purchase them, but the library has great selections.
I have been listening to the audio CD of the book "The Power" by Rhonda Byrne in my car while I'm driving and I love it so much that I want to share it with everyone! If you are looking for a way to stay positive and bring more joy into your life, then give "The Power" a chance!

I saw another post about reading while you excersize. I like to use Audio books, because I have a tendency to be a little uncoordinated with my movements! (Just a little ditzy!) I like to listen to audio books so that I can focus on my movements while getting sucked in to a good story!
audible.com has TONS of electronic books and is a good place to go whether you have a mp3 player or ipod.
