This Sparked Me!

I've been listening to Kelly Howell's meditation CD..I listen every night...she teaches belly breathing..I went out to do my walk today and I began to notice I was breathing from my belly..I did so much more..no dizziness..no stopping to catch my breath..I was able to walk and talk!!!!

    This is sooo true. When I walk alone I find myself praying, talking to God just thanking him for so many thing asking for his help throughout the day. It is a wonderful time for meditation. emoticon
