Help If You Have To Take A Ton Of Medications A Day
Members Were Sparked
I have so many medications to take and have to take them at different times. I finally went out and bought 4 identical alarm clocks and set them for the different times that I need to take the medications. Then I went and got more to remind me to eat and when to take my blood sugars.
I just didn't want to keep resetting the alarm clock for each event so I got a clock for each one. My life has been so much easier.

You can have trouble losing weight if your medications to treat migraines, seizures, high blood pressure, diabetes,or if you take a corticosteroid for a condition such as asthma, arthritis, or lupus affect you, or you retain water from them. Work with your doctor to find a medication that will not make you retain or gain weight. Don't stop taking any medications in order to lose weight without talking to your health care provider.
