  • sooo true. ive had 6 kidney stones in the past 5 years! hydration definitely makes a huge difference, as well as staying away from salt, lunch meats and cheeses, and caffeinated drinks. - by PADMAY09
  • Two types of stones - one of which is genetic. I have had about 10 stones in the last 18 years.

    I had a rash of them when I upped my protein - so I watch that carefully now.
