If you are constantly on the edge of dehydration and only drink when you are thirsty, you are at a much higher risk for kidney stones. If you are in a hot dry climate where you may not notice a sweat because it dries so quickly, make an extra effort to stay hydrated. Drink a cup of Orange Juice or
Cranberry Juice weekly. The high acidity helps dissolve any forming kidney stones.
