When we go out to a restaurant I always consult the nutrition plan of the restaurant or the "calorie king" book. Depending on the calorie count I divide my portions & request for a to go box before I start eating. It always works!!! Most places offer healthy food substitutes. Always plan ahead!!

When you go out 2 eat & place your order, immediately tell the waitress 2 also bring a take out box & when your meal arrives, b4 taking a bite, divide your meal in half & take half home for the next day. There is always more than 1 meal in restaurant servings. Divide 1st & you won't be tempted 2 overeat.
