They make the budybugg, Gowear Fit, BodyMedia Fit, SenseWear and Exerspy. All are the same product but have different color schemes and different price per month options. Vary in price up front. My secret to staying motivated. Seeing the number of calories burned go up is so great. Super accurate.

I also use kefir every morning on my cereal and berries. I mix it with a little skim milk and almond milk. It's my favorite meal of the day!

I don't have that but I have a bodybugg (like biggest loser) and I LOVE it. This is the missing ingredient for me. Create a big enough deficit. End of story. Nothing fancy, no pills, no nothing. Watch that what you put in your mouth is less than what the thing says. Bam! So far so good.

it's the scale that will let you know how accurate it really is. I have had it for 9 months and when I track and wear it 23 hours a day I can accurately predict my weight loss. I agree that the body may feel like you are working hard because you are using muscles not normally worked. Cardio is what burns the calories. The bugg is very precise!

Love mine! However, I feel it gives a very conservative look at calories burned during exercise... which is good for me!!! I would rather underestimate than over - especially since I am diligent about tracking calories and love to see those deficits every day! It really drives me to really watch what I eat, for sure.

An example I found recently - if you are not really moving your arms around it's not very accurate at reading exercise intensity... I climbed 69 floors of Columbia Tower in Seattle for a charity event last weekend and my gowearfit said I didn't do any "vigorous" exercise, therefore my calories burned was really low. Hello? My body definitely disagreed on that one :)
