This is a great idea to fit into any part of your life you are feeling has the "same old, same old" feel. Try a new exercise or activity if you're getting bored. Try a new fruit or veggie, or just a new recipe if your meals are feeling blah. You can even try something new on the motivational side!!

I find that this is the best way to keep everything positive and fun instead of feeling like a "program". I love trying new recipes and making up new challenges for myself.

It's funny, but right before I read your tip, I was thinking the same thing myself. I've been a bit bored with my breakfast choices lately, so this morning, I tried a new cereal - Barbara's Cinnamon Puffins. They were great and gave my meal a little bit of a taste twist.
