It's easier to lose weight when you are not stressed or worried or obsessed about losing it. Better forget it for a while and enjoy life and find peace and balance and harmony. When you love your life, its easier to eat in balance and enjoy it.
don't get angry at everything in life. LIFE HAPPENS! no matter what you do, something that you don't like will happen. i take every day with a grain of salt and don't let too much stuff get to me. i keep a positive attitude and i feel pretty good about it. enjoy life, don't hate it!
