Small Plate, Utensils And Chew

I use a beautiful small plate for my meals and small utensils..example my favorite utensil is a demitasse sterling silver spoon. then I chew every bite 20 plus times. The whole process is much slower and I know when I get full as opposed to shoveling it in.

    I also have made some changes, and filled smaller dishes with food, and it works. I still have to work on eating slower, as I like to eat my food hot....anyway....still trying! emoticon emoticon - by SOPHIETR

    I do this too! (The small plate and utensils, not the chewing 20 times). It really slows down the eating and gives your brain a chance to catch on that you've had enough to eat. - by ELLAPOR
