Okay, okay, we've all heard a million times how important hydration is when exercising. I know this! 30 minutes into my walk in the desert when the temperature was under 100 degrees, I was tired, hot & noticed I wasn't sweating very much. Nobody but me, giant saguaros & the trail ahead. My h20
MORE INFORMATION:
ran out when I was still 20 minutes from home. 2 hours after I was safely home, I realized I had not had enough water to drink BEFORE I started my hike. My usual water was NOT ENOUGH when I was starting out already under watered! Lesson learned! WATER, WATER, WATER!

You're lucky you made it home. My aunt was at an amusement park and didn't drink her water and got heat stroke. She had to be rushed to the hospital. Water is so vitally important! Glad you were able to make it home and learn the lesson without health issues along with it.
