After you exercise, always log it into the fitness tracker on SparkPeople. Pretty soon you'll look forward to logging your exercise minutes, and it'll be a reward every time you do your workout. You may even find yourself working out for longer, just so that you can log more minutes!

  • I am so glad you posted this. I find myself doing things to earn points. I was beginning to think I was a little weird. It is nice to know others do this as well. So, I guess the points are a pretty good motivator.

  • I log in daily, but as far as the points they are just a game nothing conclusive so in reality it should not matter. I like the fact that I can keep track rather than collect points.
