Instead of using salt or pepper I season with Adobo seasoning. The seasoning can be found in the Ethnic section or near the spices in the grocery store. I use Adobo on almost everything that needs to be seasoned.
According to Ayurveda table Salt has lots of Sodium.Ayurveda advises the use of White Rock Salt instead---add it after the Food is 80% cooked---this will reduce the quantity of your Sodium intake.Failing White Rock Salt one can use Sea Salt too.
