Maybe reading isn't your forte,but KNOWING the information IN them SHOULD BE! I found a GREAT article called KNOW YOUR MENU WATCH WORDS-Throw the Flag at Unhealthy Cooking by Zach Van Hart,Staff Writer [I guess for SP!].Basically ,he lists RED FLAG words that are a GUIDE for HOW FOODS ARE PREPARED
and what to watch out for. An example--AVOID FOODS that are listed on the MENU as cheesy,crunchy,crispy,covere
most likely they have ADDED FAT! [Most of them I already knew!] He also lists GREEN FLAG words on menus ~baked,broiled, grilled,light. It was MOST HELPFUL to learn!
