For myself, getting to the gym, or getting ready for that morning walk, is the most difficult part of exercising. So to get motivated I just have to remind myself of how good i feel, and how energized and accomplished, even after only ONE workout! that's all it takes to start feeling results.

Even just one workout can release the hormones needed to "feel good"! it's totally worth it emoticon
