    Time out is not only good for kids but for us as Adults. I have found that if I just walk away and take 5, that I am more likely to handle the situation better, it is when I don't take 5 that problems get out of hand.

    I recently started blogging to myself - notes to me. An easy way to monitor what you're really saying to yourself - write it down... If you won't write it down - then don't say it to yourself.

    I am learing that has a lot to do with how my day goes and what I do. I have started telling myself that I can do this!! I am going to do this! Today is the first day of success!
