Grind 5-10 leaves of Fresh Mint with 0.5tsp. of grated Fresh Ginger Root and 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice.Sieve this Juice and discard the Dregs.Add 2 tsp.Honey ,dash of Cumin Powder and Black Rock Salt.Add 200 ml of cold Water.Mix well and drink this to settle the Stomach---it acts as a Digestive.
This was my maternal Grandma's favourite remedy during the extremely hot Indian Summers.Ayurveda too advocates this and it makes a refreshing Cold Drink.Sweeten according to taste---I take it wihout the Honey!!!
