I allow myself one hour each day, usually in the early morning, to have quiet time by myself. I use this time to do my SP coaching,and I think about my day ahead. After my quiet time, I feel ready to take on the challenges of the day.
I recently bought a flock of chickens for fresh eggs. They've completely changed my mornings. I have to get up at the crack of dawn to let them out of their coop and feed them their morning scratch. It also gives me time to enjoy the most beautiful, quiet time of the day. And get closer to the good earth! : )
take time everyday just for you. In the morning, through the day, or right before bed.... just take a little quiet time. It is so important. Makes you feel much more refreshed and ready to take on the world.
