My husband doesn't support my healthy eating at all and he refuses to even go on a walk with me. We are having communication breakdown over this and I refuse to give in. I have been doing this since May it is only now that I have lost 20 lbs that He doesn't like it Help

I don't know why, but I give my husband and sometimes my children too much power over my life! We all need to make ourselves a priority! We are worth it!!
