I keep a pair of walking shoes at work, extra change of exercise clothes in the car and I always have my exercise clothes laid out at night so they are ready in the morning. I very rarely miss a day of exercise.

Hang your clothes on your treadmill! - - Your workout clothes!
Okay, mostly kidding but I do hang my exercise gear on my treadmill! and I keep an iPod shuffle with music on it so I have absolutely no excuses not to exercise. My treadmill is in the bedroom and it is easier to throw on the clean workout gear than get into a bathrobe to start my day. If I am already in the clothes, jumping on the treadmill gets done before I even really wake up!
I keep a gym bag with workout clothes in my car, so I case I can't do my morning routine I don't have an excuse not to work out after work. Sometimes I change at work and head home and go for my walk right away. I find once I have my exercise gear on I feel much more motivated. I also set out my workout gear the night before a planned morning session and again, you can't say no if they are staring you in the face in the morning!
