When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is drink a big glass of water. I also drink water before and after I meal. Helps me stay full and hydrated all day.

    I try to always take my morning medications with water. I need make sure I have water when I get up and after each meal -- that would be 1/2 of my water requirements.
