I try to always take my morning medications with water. I need make sure I have water when I get up and after each meal -- that would be 1/2 of my water requirements.

ok so it's not really a trick- but I buy the 16.9 oz bottles of water- I drink one with each meal and a fourth one throughout the day. for some reason 8- 8oz glasses of h2o seems like a huge amount of water- but I'm consuming even more with my bottles and it's no issue at all to drink them, and a lot of times I end up wanting even more!! I only drink one soda a week now- That was my biggest struggle when I started with Spark.
I bought a liter of Aquafina at the store yesterday, and I have found that it equals 4 glasses of water!
