    I judge how successful my day was by how many entries are marked. 50 points plus whatever the wheel gave up is a successful day. Any more then that, I had too much time on my hands.

    I too love the spark points and how motivational it can be when just entering them. I try to get at least 50 points a day and am learning something new as well. Thanks Sparkpeople!!! emoticon

    Yes, you are so right. It has really helped to be able to learn about health issues and nutrition from all the different places on I find the quizzes very helpful for learning more, especially when I get the answer wrong. So much of weight loss, weight maintenance and getting fit is mental.
