Quick Protein Breakfast

Protein breakfast = eggs. For ease of the morning rush, I boil eggs the night before and remove shell. I do 6 at a time in order to have 3 days worth. I then take 2 to work, put in the microwave for 15 seconds to warm them up. Just perfect with my cup of decaf coffee! 156 calories/12 g protein.
