It has really helped me to plan my meals in advance and pack food to being with me to work. I eat 4 - 6 smaller meals thoughout the day rather than just a big lunch and dinner. The benefits? More control with my bs & successful weightloss!

    I guess then we are grazers! Anyhow even if we are not this is what I do as well. We just need to control our meal plans differently being diabetics. Keep up the good work!
