Planning Meals & Eating More Frequently




It has really helped me to plan my meals in advance and pack food to being with me to work. I eat 4 - 6 smaller meals thoughout the day rather than just a big lunch and dinner. The benefits? More control with my bs & successful weightloss!

    I eat 3 average meals and 3 snacks. I had Yogurt and Crunchy Nuggets and Applesauce for breakfast, Lunch I had a salad, Walden Farms Ranch Dressing, Albacore, Grapes, and Sugar Free Jello Vanilla/Chocolate Swirl Pudding, Snack Carrots and 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter, Fat Free Cottage Cheese and Sugar Free Peaches, and Vitamuffin Deep Chocolate Muffin Top 100 calories.
