I so, so, so LOVE these bagels! Just 110 calories, lots of fiber and they taste GREAT! I save enough calories that I splurge on full-fat whipped cream cheese to go with them! (sometimes with some chopped strawberries and nuts and a little honey! mmmm!!)
My favorite flavors are the Roasted Onion and the Cinnamon. I usually find them at Wal-Mart in the refrigerator with the cream cheese and butter. I keep the bagels in the refrigerator when I get them home.

Whenever I eat protein, like a soy patty or lean turkey sausage, with my bkfst, as opposed to whole grain cereal/oatmeal and fruit, I am fuller and more satisfied longer. Both types of meals are still 300 calories, but I am more satisfied with protein. It helps me stay on track.

Bagels can contain 2, 3, or even 4 normal servings of bread. If you must, have a whole wheat mini bagel or whole wheat thin bagels. Thinner bread usually has less carbohydrate and Thomas' 100% whole wheat mini bagels have 22 carbs.
