In order to stay on course during your weight-loss journey I would strongly suggest that you plan to use SparkPeople websites, postings, teams and support and encouragment of the team members
when I am struggling(like at the moment) I look back at where I have come from and foccus on the positives that I have done, rather than looking at what i see as the failure of the moment.Looking at my start photo is realy good for this!
