A couple of times when my weight has stalled, getting religious about my water intake and pushing it to 10 cups a day got things moving again. Also, adding brewed green tea helps give you something to sip on and boosts metabolism with many antioxidants as well.

    Yep!
One week I went crazy with water and I lost quite a bit.
I make sure I drink from a small bottle so I can get up from my desk and walk down the corridor to refill from the water machine.
I try to do this 3-4 times a day as I can get a bit of excersize and water at the same time.
I'm my head the equivalence one small bottle equals one cup!!

    Great advice. I'm close to my ideal weight, so I've hit a plateau one month into trying to be more healthy. :( But I like the idea of increasing water and drinking green tea, has anyone ever tried green tea supplements? emoticon

    I find that drinking my body weight water is helping me a lot to get rid of the pounds and also drinking my green tea and oolong tea at work and when I get home and yes before I go to bed.
