I was at a plateau for months, although tracking, strength training 3x wk and cardio 5x wk the weight did not budge. I added a spin class I am back to loosign 1.5 to 2lbs a wk. Sometimes you have to shock the body get out of the same old routine and try something new and different emoticon

  • I recently added the Curves training circuit to my regular gym workout of treadmill and free weight training. I am hoping the added new workout will help me to get off the plateau! emoticon Good luck to all as well. - by HEALTHYFITFUN
  • Good for you. I'm on top of that plateau and I teeter back and forth with 1-2 lbs, but I never go below that. It's been 3 months and I am so frustrated. Just added a weekly Zumba class hoping that will shape it up. Had first class on Wed. and thus far no change, hoping soon though. Congratulations to you! - by REIMNBAKER
