Read this book or listen to the audio book because it will really open up your eyes about how the use of high fat, high sugar, and high salt foods in the food industry/processed foods is re-wiring our brains.
This book helped me Make Rules for myself in order to avoid highly palatable foods and their triggers. If you eat these foods and feel like it's getting out of control you are probably a hyperconditioned eater like me.
Some Rules I have are "I don't eat french fries. I don't eat ice cream."
