Dr. Oz mentioned egg whites and hot sauce for breakfast. I thought, "Gross!" but a few months later I tried it because I needed something to jump start my weightloss after a plateau.

Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman who wrote "The Fat Flush Plan" allows people to eat the whole egg. I will sometimes have a whole egg, too, with the egg whites. She says, "Harvard medical school sanctions up to seven eggs per week for optimal health."

This helped me bump my metabolism and decrease cravings. I started losing weight again!

    It's what I eat almost every morning for breakfast with a couple slices of low cal bread. The hot sauce gived the egg whites some flavor beyond just salt and pepper and it contains no calories.

    Thanks for the info, It works perfect for me since my work cafeteria has hard boiled eggs available. I will try it tomorrow.
