Secrets of Success

Egg Whites And Hot Sauce

Dr. Oz mentioned egg whites and hot sauce for breakfast. I thought, "Gross!" but a few months later I tried it because I needed something to jump start my weightloss after a plateau.

Dr. Ann Louise Gittleman who wrote "The Fat Flush Plan" allows people to eat the whole egg. I will sometimes have a whole egg, too, with the egg whites. She says, "Harvard medical school sanctions up to seven eggs per week for optimal health."

It's what I eat almost every morning for breakfast with a couple slices of low cal bread. The hot sauce gived the egg whites some flavor beyond just salt and pepper and it contains no calories. - by MARINEWIFE117
