I'm always forgetting ... did I take my vitamins, omega-3's, etc.

I added a section on my nutrition tracker for vitamins. I put each vitamin and supplement that I take in my favorites. It works! I have rarely missed a day since.

  • This is a great idea and I took this one step further. I put all my vitamins in a Food Grouping that I call "Daily Vitamins". Once click adds all of my vitamins for the day! - by SAMMY0328

  • I also entered my vitamins in my favorite foods and entered them as a Food Grouping. This enters the vitamins/minerals in the nutritional chart for the day. - by ELIZASOOTH
