Use The Food Tracker To Plan Your Day

If I'm craving a specific food or am planning on going to a specific restaurant for friends, I type in the meals I'm planning on eating for the day to check my calorie count. That way I can alter what I'm eating to accommodate the food I want to eat so I don't go over my numbers.

    I really like the food tracker and I usually check it daily to see what the menu's are.

    I have been going to the tracker and adding things that I want to eat each day, and it is helping me stay withing my calorie intake, it's great. Thanks to spark!!

    I also try to do this prior to eating out or going to a family member's house for a meal.
