Use The Food Tracker To Plan Your Day




If I'm craving a specific food or am planning on going to a specific restaurant for friends, I type in the meals I'm planning on eating for the day to check my calorie count. That way I can alter what I'm eating to accommodate the food I want to eat so I don't go over my numbers.
