Just pretend that every day when you wake up is the first day. Pretend that today is the day you've decided to make different choices. Pretend that today is the day you've decided to forgive yourself your past transgressions. Pretend to day is the first day and hold onto than enthusiasm, that energy, that desire! That way if yesterday you had a triple bypass burger and a 5 gallon shake- you can move forward because today is the first day!
every night before i go to bed i fill a glass of water and put it by my bed. in the morning it's the first thing i see and i take it with me as i start my day. i get in my first 2 glasses of water easily, and i actually have come to enjoy drinking water first thing in the morning. it also makes it easier to drink it the rest of the day.
