I wake up at 5:15am in the morning and help get my husband ready for work (coffee, make his lunch, etc.) Normally, I climb back into bed and wake up at 6:45am or 7:00am. But this morning, I stayed awake and walked two miles. Starting my day with exercise made me feel great!

Love the added jolt that this gives any day. I tend to leave mine near the sofa while watching tv...hubby hates it ...but I know the value of spontaneity!

Good ideal.......I am not sure about the mini trampoline,,,but the hand weights or a resistance band maybe.
