Sometimes it's all about perspective! When I look at exercises for the day, I look at my list of things I love to do as a smorgasbord. As I would approach an all-you-can-eat buffet of food, I approach my list of exercises and pick a variety of different things I'd like to do for the day...
Because of this, exercise is not boring to me and I'm not in a rut. What I choose to do is what I want to do, not what I have to do. My list is varied so that I really do end of getting a well-rounded workout.

My best friend who is a track and cross country runner told me about doing the Lying Abduction (or Adduction) exercise while you read. But you can do it while watching TV as well. I love doing this because then I feel more time-efficient!

Circuit Training Change-Up - Keeping it interesting
I do circuit training type exercises a the gym, where I push myself for an allotted time or amount of reps, then quickly move on to the next, I rest at the end of the circuit & go again. I find different exercises in magazines, online, through other people at the gym & of course from Spark People. It keeps it fun & interesting & I'm in the best shape of my life 30
My favorite magazine to get exercise ideas out of is Woman's Health
