Sometimes it's all about perspective! When I look at exercises for the day, I look at my list of things I love to do as a smorgasbord. As I would approach an all-you-can-eat buffet of food, I approach my list of exercises and pick a variety of different things I'd like to do for the day...

Because of this, exercise is not boring to me and I'm not in a rut. What I choose to do is what I want to do, not what I have to do. My list is varied so that I really do end of getting a well-rounded workout.
