I'm lucky to have 1 hour lunch break. I eat my lunch and then I go out for a 30 min walk. It energizes me and helps me start off my afternoon on the right foot. If you only have 30 min for lunch, you can go out for a 10-15 min walk and still benefit from the energy and increased productivity.

I have two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute break during my workday. I have started taking walks (either outside, or in the office gym) even if only 10 minute. I can burn between 50 and 100 calories each time, and it does add up!
During our 15 minute breaks our department plays "tag" to walk around the campus. It is about a .5-.75 mile walk and one person initiates then comes back and "tags" the next person. We continue until all members of our department has walked. Great use of our 15 minute breaks twice a day!
