If I want a treat such as ice cream sandwich..I buy slim bears and take one and give the rest to the grandchildren to take home so as to not have more than one. And to be sure none are left in house so not to go for more.

If I can keep the house 'clean' of treat food, I have much more control :) Need quick and healthy snacks though to keep at hand, nuts and cheese do it for me :)
