Sneaking In Some Movement During The Work Day.



I sit at my computer for much of the work day. To make sure I don't "zone out" I put pop up reminders on my calendar to remind me to get up a move, walk stretch, drink water, etc.

  • This is a great idea! I am using a medicine ball and rolling it down the hall and around the house during TV commercials. A little stretch, a little movement. I like the change-up from sitting.
