Any time I gain a bunch of weight (I seriously am a 20 lb difference every summer to winter) I grab my old summer dresses and vow to fit back into them. Why buy new clothes when healthy eating and exercise will get you back into your old ones... for free?!

I totally agree as I am wearing a dress my daughter wore in5th grade ( she is 19) Why buy???? wear 'em out !!!:)

I'm glad I had some too small underwear still in my drawer because I'm back in them (they're actually almost too big now!). It sucks having to buy stuff you know you're going to be too small for soon.

Between Craigslist and local Yard Sales, I find TONS of good clothes that other people no longer want to wear. We went to a thrift store this week that has NICE items, & I found 2 Nautica shirts for my 23 yos for $2 each (they sell new for about $45) and at the Catholic Charities TS, I found him a RALPH LAUREN CHAPS for $3 that was like new. (Figure some high school boy had worn it to Catholic High, since they dress nice there.) SO, my son has 3 "new" shirts for his job at the TV Station, since he just graduated from college.

GET THE SKINNY LATTE

At Starbucks, the venti Iced Coffee with skim milk is 170 calories, but a venti iced Skinny Latte or Venti Iced Skinny Caramel Macchiato are both lower in calories. Get one of these and make sure to order it skinny (Skim Milk, Sugar Free Syrup) to save calories.

Clothes

I gave away all my old "skinny clothes".
I am not buying any clothes right now.
When I get down to size 10, I am buying a whole new wardrobe9
I am giving away all my clothes that are too big now.
That way, If I start to slide up the scale, I have more motivation to get myself back in check
