Greek Yogurt

This Sparked Me!

It is so creamy and has more protein than your regular yogurt. You can sub plain yogurt for just about anything you make sourc ream with too. I've tried it with things like dip, Mexican food and casseroles. Delicious!

Makes a great desert too! Top with your favorite fruit and a tbsp of mini chocolate chips. Yum!

Yes, I've seen it at all the grocery stores I shop at even Wal-Mart. There are many brands now and as HAPPYNHLTHY said it is more expensive. The two brands I buy most are Oikos and Fage. Oikos has some fun new flavors too - caramel and chocolate. Another brand I like is Chobani but that one is harder to find and a quite bit more expensive. I think Yoplait just started making a new greek yogurt too if I am not mistaken. It has gotten really popular. It is basically strained more which is why it is so creamy. I've heard you can make your own very easily with a strainer and cheese cloth but I've never tried.

Discovered Greek yogurt recently too. Love it! It's in the grocery store near the yoplait. It's a bit more expensive, but you are worth it!

Do you buy this at any supermarket or where?
