Fire Roasted Five Pepper Hummus from Harris Teeter. Use 2 Tablespoons (60 calories) to top a baked potato, pasta or spaghetti squash for a tasty alternative to high calorie or bland toppings. Stir into non-fat sour cream or yogurt for a veggie or chip dip.

Check the refrigerator case and make sure it is the Fire Roasted Five Pepper version. The others are tasty, but lack the zing.

    Hummus is also great as a sandwich spread instead of mayo. Tasty!
