My newest idea (been doing it for two days now) is everytimg a commercial comes on TV, I HAVE to get OUT of my chair...and believe me folks, that in itself is a struggle. Then I have to stay on my feet, and moving until the show comes back on. WHEW...
Seems easy enough and maybe it will get easier. My next goal is to get down on the floor, and pick myself back up during the commercials. Again, that alone, for me, is a struggle...but it should get easier as I go. The main thing is "Don't just SIT THERE!!!!"

Got DVR? DVR your fav tv exercise shows and do the workout over and over and over until you have it. FitTV on digital cable has great exercise & dance shows which I DVR to do later when the house is quiet.
I like to watch TV while I exercise but I also like to use exercise videos (e.g.lWalk Away the Pounds). I use my computer for the exercise video with the sound turned off and I turn on the TV. This way I can Walk Away the Pounds and watch TV or a movie.
