I have recently gone through a phase that the only thing I did on SP was log in daily. However, by doing that, I kept it going as a small whisper daily. Now, I am back on track again tracking food, etc. Bookmark it so it opens each time you log into your computer! emoticon

  • This has worked for me too. I am strangely motivated by "virtual awards, racking up points for simply playing trivia or spinning the wheel. Once I go that far I am reminded of my goals and find food tracking is well worth the time. - by TREKFAN
