I know Activity and Exercise are Keys to Better maintaining my Diabetes T2. I have a box and in the box I have pieces of paper where I wrote down activities...eg. walk up and down the stairs 10x's, weed a flower bed, go for a walk, clean the frig,etc. When I get bored, I pick 1. Variety is Good.
