My exercise week is different than most, my week start on Sunday and go through Thursday. It is as flexible as I want it. When you began to get bored, change the days you work out! You are your best personal trainer.

When I'm cooking in the kitchen I use the counter like a ballet barre. It's just the right height to do leg stretches and practice plies. Put on some classical music and it's perfect. At Christmas time play the Nutcracker Suite
Keep in mind that you aren't the same as everyone else. A diet or exercise routine that your friend does may not be your strong suite. Don't compare yourself to others, decide what you need to be successful and go for it at your pace!
