I made up a homeade dressing a few months ago that I think is healthier than store bought dressings. The only bad thing is its really High in Sodium!

MORE INFORMATION:
Make salad with whatever ingredients you like. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, & lemon pepper To Taste! TOSS!! ENJOY!!!
Lemon Juice and Seasonings don't have calories so for tracking I just use 2 tbsp of olive oil per 1.5 cups of tossed salad.

    I like to make my own dressing too. If you switch from the garlic salt to garlic powder you will be able to reduce some of the sodium in your dressing.
