I've developed "shades of gray" instead of "black and white, all-or-nothing" thinking!
Midnight shades of foods such as black beans, black olives, black pepper, black tea, black wild rice, blackberries, black popcorn (pops white) dark chocolate and expresso have many health benefits. With antioxidants and potential anti-inflammatory agents and beneficial polyphenols these help RA, Diabetets, aid in digestion, and have heart health benefits. The dark hues on these foods may help fight cancer, alzheimer's diabetes and heart disease. I have tried them all and had a nice surprise!
I have 4 "pop up" hampers in my closet - each different color, white, black, red, lt blue . My husband and I drop our clothes in by color (whites in the white bin, darks in the black bin, etc).
