I have heard many surprisingly NEW things about weight LOSS on this site,but one that I was doing and DIDN'T KNOW it supposedly HELPS WEIGHT LOSS?! Zigzag Calorie Intake is switching up the NUMBER of CALS. you eat over the course of time~ A WEEK, 2 days in a row,etc. I HAVE ALWAYS had trouble...
staying in my caloric range though I did WELL FOR A WEEK my 2nd month in! You eat ALOT of cals. ONE DAY and then NOT AS MUCH the next day[note: NEVER go below 1200 cals. for safety purposes]and it +EXERCISE BROKE my plateau! WHo KNEW it was a way to aid in my weight loss.Perhaps this will help you!
