When you've been eating healthy for a long time and you see that chocolate bar staring you in the face and you just don't think you can resist, don't! Take the chocolate bar and melt it down to dunk some strawberries in it! You deserve it, but don't let it take the place of staying healthy!
It's okay to splurge a little bit, but make sure you get right back on track! And if you are going to do that, make sure it's on a day you have calories to spare, this way you won't have any guilty feelings.
